I hope that Flyouts is the right component for these two panels. About The link to privacy (aboutHeader.policy.label) does not wrap. Options Space for flags on/off (checkbox.on.label, checkbox.off.label) is too small for most locales. DNT options don't wrap.

I haven't tested it, but also options in section Clear private date could have the same problem.
